How do I begin the provider application process?
Fill out the online application form above with your program details. A RISE network coordinator will review your information and contact you to schedule an initial consultation and safety standards walkthrough.
What is the typical timeline for application approval?
The approval process generally takes 4–6 weeks. This timeline depends on how quickly you can provide the required documentation and complete the necessary training modules and home-based safety evaluations.
What kind of support is offered to providers once they join?
As a member of the RISE network, you receive enrollment assistance, professional development workshops, multilingual outreach support, and access to specialized resources for families with special needs.
What happens after my application is approved?
Once approved, you will be formally onboarded into the RISE network. You will be assigned a provider coach and gain full access to our community of child care professionals and business management resources.
Is there a fee for providers to join the RISE network?
